To supervise and coordinate all construction activities for a specific section work on projects with the prime objective of ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved
Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline ;Deep knowledge upon practical application of building and civil construction & safety legal requirements ;POU holder ;8-10 years experience in civil/construction ;Have experience in large-scale civil infrastructure works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors ;Experience in managing operational and technical role in the civil and construction industry ;Experience working at civil contractor is preferred ;Have a minimum of 5 years exposure in civil project management ;Intermediate skills on Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point ;Budgeting, costing and contract ; Strong quantitative and numeric skills ;Advanced knowledge of Civil/Construction software/hardware skills ;Intermediate knowledge in QA and ISO audit implementation ;Advanced skills on project management software ;Awareness of civil operation regulatory requirement ;Industry best practice ;Basic knowledge of OHS & E ;Proficient in basic verbal English ;Indonesian citizen only
