Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and coordinating the overall HRD related issues, and the administration & operational function of the companyResponsible for setting–up the HR Department and implementing HR strategic action plan to support our company strategic business planProvide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.Create and implement an effective HR & GA system & program, including counseling, compensation, benefits & welfare management, government affair & legal affair, compliance of Indonesian corporate law, labor law & related laws.Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.Analyze and recommend compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relationsDevelop and maintain Employees’ database and Performance Appraisal system (KPI) and making regular monthly report to DirectorSupervising Administration team to make sure all office operations run smoothly; office administration will include – but not be limited to: paperwork, safety, security, office equipment, etc.Implementing, directing and managing the necessary procedures, forms, letters or legal steps needed to supplement the business operational of the companyRequirements:

Male/Female, Max. 35 years oldMin.
