Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all aspects of recruitment and selection success throughout the organisation playing a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The role demands an efficient and organised individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Support all Jakarta internal and external recruitment and selection campaigns to ensure an organised and comprehensive procedure is used to fill vacancies in line with agreed targets.Assist with recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers to identify their key hiring requirements and conduct follow up meetings to determine the effectiveness of each recruitment campaign.Assist in the development of job descriptions through consultation with the hiring manager.Assist with shortlisting, phone screening, testing, interviewing and selecting candidates.Actively searching for qualified candidate and creatively generates ways to attract good candidates.Support candidate generation and attraction via social media sitesRegularly review KANA’s profile on external recruitment websites ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.Maintain and update the requisition list.Provide weekly recruitment activity updates to the Resourcing Manager and others as appropriate.Raise purchase orders in relation to recruitment advertising and hiring costs and liaise with Finance for payment of invoices.To work with approved Universities on graduate recruitmentRequirements:
