HR, Training & Legal Manager
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the businessEmployee Relations managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvementPerformance Management coaching managers on performance management issues and processesLearning & Development providing guidance on development for managers and their teamsTraining - Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvementRecruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaignsReward advise and support employees on company benefitsPolicy & procedures implementation of new HR  policies, procedures and processesIn conjunction with the Head of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issuesDeal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skillsCrafting of business and people solutionsManaging priorities between casework and projectsManaging HR budgetsRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa IndonesiaAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.Having an effective training skills for arrange training schedule and leading a training, laso being able to combine professionalism and charisma in intelligently, interacting with a teamHave a good knowledge about legal dan legislation of laborStrong leadership and have excellent time managementIf you are JobStreet Member, "click here to Apply" button below
