Responsibilities:
Ensure ongoing and consistent quality delivery to company’s partners and clientsDevelop key account, maintain strategic relationship and be responsible to achieve sales increasing the market share in Traditional marketIdentify and adapt technological advances to meet the company competitive objectives within the marketplace and project tendersWorking together with distributor, to supervise and support them in all sales activities, accordance to timelineGather market information from customer activities, project and sales forecastCreate higher performance, fair and exciting work environment that provide motivation and development opportunities for the teamsWould be responsible and accountable for the achievement of the annual sales targets and monitoring sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignmentWorking together with marketing team to roll out event, promotion, road show, etcApprociate operational and produceral “best practices” to ensure transparency, clarit, and consistency in all day-to-day internal and external businessDevelop and maintain good relationship with both end-customers and distributorsRequirements: Male or FemaleCandidate must at least Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Management and Business from a reputable universityMin. 2-3 years experience in Industrial and channel management for Traditional MarketHaving experience in selling Power Tools into the traditional marketEnglish must be fluent in written and spokenComputer literacy is a mustShould be able to present the technical side to the clientsShould have an experience in making Sales ReportHaving experience in tendering and proposal will be advantageHaving ability to networking and maintain relationship with customersGood skill in developing and nurturing effective and partnering working relationship with various parties within the businessHaving ability to understand how to implement business strategiesHaving ability to have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written), problem solving capabilities, organizational, knowledge of community planningCurrently lives in SurabayaShould you meet the above requirements,Please email your Resume with Recent Photographquoting job reference no. 2635 & SALES EXECUTIVE for TRADITIONAL MARKET (SURABAYA) position to
